Location, nice rooms, Well when I booked the Room, it stated the had shuttle to Sea World, but did say it stopped running at 11:30 for the Day, therefore we had to pay 47.00 to park at Sea World due to this.

The pool was nice We requested a floor level then they put us on level 4 there was able to change it then we got to our new room and there beds were dirty we called to get it changed and got attidude from the guy then house keeping never cleaned our room and we had to call and ask for towels

Great place to stay

We always look for resident Inn hotels. The layout is great and you have everything you need in the room. However, this was our first time staying at the residence Inn, Orlando SeaWorld and to be honest, we will not be returning to this hotel. Since it was affiliated with SeaWorld, there were perks that we did not know about. You would think when you’re greeted by the front desk staff and they ask you if it’s for business or pleasure and you say pleasure they may inquire more information. I am sure at least 50% of the people staying at this hotel are going to SeaWorld. This was our first time staying at this hotel so we had no idea what the perks were & if there were any. I think the front desk staff should be more engaged with their customers and ask a few more questions, especially if they plan on going to Seaworld.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are neat and clean. The location is near everything you need.

The hotel was clean, and the room size was adequate for our family’s needs. The breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary, but it got the job done. One thing we noticed was that the breakfast area seemed very closely managed by staff. Also, cash tips were not accepted, which felt a little awkward since we wanted to show appreciation for good service. The pool was a highlight for our family. Our kids absolutely loved it, and it was a great way to relax after long days exploring Orlando. There were a few inconveniences. The ice machine was quite a walk from our room, and unfortunately, our microwave did not work during our stay, which was frustrating when traveling with children. One of the best parts of our stay was having a bar right in the hotel. Laura, our bartender, was amazing. She has excellent hospitality skills, communicates wonderfully with guests, and made us feel welcome every time we stopped by. She truly stood out and helped make our stay more enjoyable. Overall, a clean and family friendly hotel with a great pool and exceptional bar service, though there are a few maintenance and convenience issues that could be improved.
