Drury Inn was a great place to stay! They attended to our transportation needs to and from the airport, and they had a wonderful “Kick back” evening with free food and complimentary drinks! We were treated like royalty! Thanks!

Ran into issues with the airport rental car and hotel made themselves available for shuttling to and from until sorted out. Friendly service and clean environment after a long day of flying.

I booked my reservation thru Hotels.com at the airport and the Drury Inn shuttle picked me up. When I got to the reservation desk at the hotel, I was told that the hotel had no vacancy and I never should have been allowed to book it. The person behind the desk said the Drury Inn uses AI to help bfill the hotel and it sometimes over books. When I asked for a refund the person said I had to go through hotels.com. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get an actual person to verify what happened and I did get a refund. I then had to spend $25 to get a Waymo to a hotel that had a room. Not fun.

This hotel was nice and the stuff was awesome. The breakfast was good and the happy hour food was amazing value. If I go back to Phoenix I would stay there again.

Good breakfast on par with any hotel, but the evening reception was excellent. Good food, not just picking items. Full service of pasta one day, pull pork sliders another day, chicken quesadillas another day. Plus alcoholic drink included. Good location, nice team, reasonable price for the services All good.
