Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phoenix-Airport by IHG

I’ve always like Hooiday Inn is guaranty of cleaness and comfortable.

Budget friendly great place overall, very nice staff, decent breakfast, I love they provide shuttle to the airport, kind enough to provide you with complementary toothpaste or comb (if you forgot to bring with you), but consider considering how hard the weather is here and how important A/C is, the one in the room was loud like a motorcycle, it was hard for me to fall asleep. Otherwise, I was very content with his choice.

The room was big and clean, and the best part was BREAKFAST!

The wide selections for breakfast was nice, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing The AC in the room: the digital screen that tells you the temp was not working so we never knew if it was working or what it was set at if it was actually working.

I had an airline cancellation and they were able to accommodate me really late at night. They also had an airport shuttle that was available upon request with it being really late. The beds were so comfortable. That I did not get to stay longer!!!!

Our room was updated, roomy and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. We would rebook this hotel.

The property was clean and staff was friendly. Bathroom was large (love the counter space!) and the tub was nice and clean. When the power went out the staff handled it well and provided us with updates. N/A

Great stay

It’s very close to the airport. We needed to be close due to an early flight. They have a shuttle too. It was very clean but warm when we first arrived. We finally figured out the thermostat and it was comfortable. We didn’t get to do breakfast but we had some coffee. They serve Costa, which we love. Staff was pleasant. It was very basic. Not too many amenities. It’s nice but only for one night as airport hotels tend to be.

Very clean and very nice staff. For some reason, the AC in our room on 4th floor was not cooling the way that it should. It would not drop below 77.
