Some of the things wrong with the room was the sink for the bathroom would not shut off. Fully and shower bar was broke. And no hot tub working. Other than that it was a good stay.

Not much No one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes until another guest located her. Once I did get room keys, I arrived at the room with someone cleaning it. The lock on the door didn't work and the shampoo was empty.

Clean and nice

The location was fine and the breakfast was ok, but not being able to eat breakfast in the rooms was a bit much. The staff was great and my room was clean. The company that owns this location needs to put money into it to make it competitive with the ones around it. $257 for 2 nights and the entire building felt humid and smelled like weed and sewer gas. And the parking situation is terrible. We had to park either in the stacks parking lot or a surrounding hotel parking lot because they were out of parking spots. So I will definitely not be back here when there are way nicer places near it for similar pricing. This is a $50 a night place MAX.

Beds were comfy

Not sure I would stay there again. Seemed to be fairly dirty and the floors were filthy. The shower body was dispenser didn't work well. Would probably be a close to last choice if I stayed in the area again

I like everything about the hotel.

The issues were not limited to the room. The indoor pool was closed often, and when open, the water was far too cold for an indoor pool, suggesting the heater was not working properly or not being used effectively. The patio furniture was old, worn, and placed on uneven brick, creating another safety concern. Noise was also a problem. There was loud hallway noise until nearly 2:00 AM, including children running around unsupervised. I called the front desk, and while the issue was addressed lightly, I had to get the employee’s attention while she was outside on a smoke break. Since my room was on the first floor near the front desk, the noise should have been handled sooner. The rate was extremely inflated due to Indy 500 weekend and was far above the quality provided. Overall, the property felt old, poorly cleaned, and poorly maintained. Management needs to address cleanliness, safety hazards, noise control, and necessary upgrades before I would stay again.

Location When we checked in, they gave us a room that was locked from the inside. We couldn't get in and the front desk clerk didnt know why the door would not open. When we finally were assigned a room we could enter, the TV remote would not turn the television on, the refrigerator was not plugged in, nor was there a outlet where it could be plugged in, and the bathroom fan had a terrible squeaking noise. The bathroom light and the fan came on simultaneously, so the sound was extremely annoying.

No parking because they do off site airport parking. Pool closed the entire time of our stay Beds were hard room had water damage in the very tiny bathroom Breakfast was less than desirable Stay away from this hotel if possible and save yourself the headache

The Area was nice and pleasant We had NO WATER AND Couldn’t FLUSH THE TOILET AND THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK KEPT TELLING US TO WAIT IT WOULD START WORKING AND THAT WAS 2 or 3 hours later and while I was telling him about our issues others started coming down to address their concerns cause their kids had been in the pool and they had NO WATER as well I will never come him here again
