Quality Inn & Suites Olde Town

Website that hotel was booked at included pool and hot breakfast as amenities. Pool was closed, front desk person said “ if you had booked with choice hotels you would have known the pool was closed.” The “hot breakfast “ consisted of dry cereal, granola bars and less than adequate coffee. There was mold on the walls in the hall way, stairwell, and bathrooms. The sheets were dirty. The carpet was bubbled in the rooms and throughout the entire hotel making it dangerous to walk without tripping. The chemical smell was so overpowering it made my family sick. The cord to the hair dryer was melted. Half the outlets in the room sparked when you plugged something in. The other half didn’t work. All in all this hotel stole my money as I would not even recommend this place to a vagrant. I do not recommend this hotel at all and would seriously consider removing it from your website.

The rooms were clean. The contential breakfast didn't offer nothin but coffee and cereal, it was sorry, no orange juice, no bagels or nothing 😲

It was a very nice hotel for the price point. The breakfast was nice, well maintained and clean. Even had make your own waffles and some sandwiches to make. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It was nice experience for our trip.

Plansant Pool closed

The first room we were given was occupied. The second room was dirty. The sheets that we couldn’t replace had crumbs in them. We asked the front desk staff for more sheets and towels, and they said they didn’t have access to housekeeping, so we had to reuse our dirty towels and sleep on the only clean appearing bed. The breakfast was subpar. I will never come back.

When we left for the day we took the sign off the door and cleared our beds so they can make the beds and clean the room and when we came back our beds were not made and trash was still there and so we're our dirty towels.

Secure place to stay

Close to where we were going to. The cover on the bed had stains on it. the room smelled mildewy.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was closed. I picked this hotel because of the outdoor pool. So I was very disappointed that the pool was closed for good.

The price was well within my budget. Bathroom was not clean, or at least did not look to be clean. The toilet bowl was stained dark yellow, and the shower had similar stains along the tile and tub edges. At first glance, I thought someone had urinated in the toilet before I got in the room. The room door needed adjustment and would not always close. I needed to force the door shut to ensure that it locked. Although the hotel is close to downtown, I would not recommend walking there. The area near the hotel is plagued by people in the street peddling for money or food. The free breakfast left much to be desired.

The breakfast was good. Maybe some breakfast meat could be added like sausage or bacon. The staff to check in was not friendly had an attitude.

The room was clean minus stains on the toilet. My stay was great other than that, I just wish there was a mini freezer in the room too so I could have ice cream and things like that.

Exceptional

They really need to open. The pool back up. We have stayed at this r hotel for years and the one thing we miss is the pool. Please open the pool back up. It’s the only thing missing The pool needs to open back up. We have stayed here for years and the pool was a definite plus

The hotel was close to the venue that I was attending for an event All of the electrical outlets were loose, making them difficult to use. I was unable to use the blow dryer or iron because the plugs would not stay securely in the sockets. Additionally, the room phone was not functioning. I attempted to contact the front desk to request additional towels and report the issue with the outlets, but I was unable to do so because the phone did not work. When I went downstairs to speak with someone in person, there was no one at the front desk to assist me. This was around 7:30 pm. I waited until about 8 pm, and no one came to the front. When I returned from my event, there was a gentleman at the desk who was very polite and apologetic for the issues with the room; however, he said he couldn't give me a discount due to how I paid.
