Staff was VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!

This place was horrible. Check in was a disastrous experience. They wouldn't grant me my first floor request said that the second floor was the only room avaliable. However more than half of the rooms were empty. There was food all over the ceiling and walls in the kitchen. The air conditioner was turned all the way off when we first got into the room so we turned it on turned it all the way down it was 90° in there and it never got below 84 staff was horribly rude trash all over the ground outside and they wanted to charge me $100 deposit on a room that cost $45 to rent I have requested a refund Expedia says that they do not give them and I'm pretty sure that the people in the office won't Grant it either because they're just not a very helpful people

The first room we didn't have hot water for 2 days and the TV didn't work and holes in the ceiling and the sink was leaking Went to get towels and the staff member stated we can only get towels every other day How is had to wait to get another room I kept getting the running around at the front desk

All around good room for price paid.

Fridge did not work. Beds was not bad. Remote to tv had back off it and had to hold batteries to get it to work. Needs lots of updates to make it better.

Staff was very unfriendly, broken ice box and freezer in my room was never fixed, air condition unit was not cooling properly

Very dark and could not find my room at night there was no lighting in the parking lot. They took my money even though I did not stay there.

The room was big but things were rusted and out of date the oven was filthy and it just needed an update. Free breakfast but there wasn't much of anything there.

We had the suite with 1 king bed in the loft and a queen bed downstairs. The space itself was actually great and roomy for a family — but unfortunately, it was not clean. There’s a kitchenette but no pots or pans, no plates or utensils. On our first day, the bathroom tissue literally had maybe 20 squares left. The toiletries were tiny mismatched travel-size shampoo and conditioner bottles, so definitely bring your own. It just felt like the room was barely checked before guests arrived. It could be great but the staff could not be bothered. the staff! they can’t be bothered to actually care abou their clients. it’s like they get paid anyway whether they give a sh*t or not. the “free breakfast” was a joke. it was the SADDEST we’ve had. On the 1st morning, I thought maybe because we came late and most are gone and the staff will not refill anymore. The 2nd morning we came early and it was the exact same spread from the previous day and we had to ask for coffee and milk.

Just pay the extra few dollars for a better hotel because the small savings isnt worth it. The room we received was just horrendous and the staff were so rude. We came down at 9 am and the staff couldn’t even get me some juice for breakfast. I had to almost beg for a cup of lukewarm water and I couldn’t even get some dang ice cubes. Just a horrible hotel and the employees were so unprofessional. The room was so dirty and they couldn’t even change the sheets, when you pay $80 I think the bare minimum I should receive is some clean sheets.

The room smelled horrible. It smelled like dogs had peed on the couch. The beds are old. The walls look very bad. I couldn't stay due to health reasons and still wag l was not able to receive refund.

Do not book here rooms are dirty with roaches and water leaking into room after thunder storm.
