Front desk was not friendly.

Every thing was very good

Great place I would stay there again. The full size refrigerator and and microwave was clutch.

Upon arrival, our first room had 50+ ants all over the night stand. The staff was quick to correct it with a different room. Rooms are old with stained furniture and carpets, peeling paint, and what looks like fly kills on walls. Breakfast was just OK. Gym had no cleaning supplies to wipe machines and staff couldn't understand me when I tried to obtain some.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. What made the visit a bit challenging was noise coming from a bar down the street. It did not last long and was not a problem for the evening. The other matter was we found some strange odors in the room and in the stairwells.

When I first arrived, the sink in the bathroom had to get fixed. A microwave in the room would be nice.

Rooms were ok clean but micro wave didn't work and temp to cold couldn't adjust ac

Please remember to clean behind doors bc in the bathroom behind the door in room 314 was not clean

Great stay, close to a loy of food and shopping options

The staff was very nice. Breakfast had a good selection. Located near many restaurants, but very quiet.

It was very clean. It was in an area that was convenient to our travels. Front desk staff was pleasant. It seemed a little dated. The beds were firm, which was good, but maybe slightly too firm.

Breakfast was slightly cold- but to no fault to the hotel- but the people next door at night keep going in and out slamming the door multiple times - my husband went to the front desk to ask him to address the issue or just to move us to a different room- the gentleman mentioned he would address the issue- the next morning it started back up again slamming and shutting the door- the staff was excellent!

Room 207 had a hole from door busting through drywall. Instead of a repair, they installed a plastic panel w two screws to throw me off upon arrival. Also a large group came through so it seems we got a less than favorable room. Ac unit had a musty odor. The suite itself was AMAZING. UNFORTUNATELY, the room can’t do it alone 4 star but last time was less than stellar frfr

Check in was quick, air conditioning was good and staff was friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and area was kept clean. Our room needed to be vacuumed and we had a living room chair with a broken leg. The pool was nice. The hot tub was not working. The call button on the elevator on the third floor was not working.
