Property ok for one night

We stay over a week it was horrible from the first day, no toilet paper I have to come down front desk and asked for it, it said room clean every other day but they do coming make bed everyday in the room but never fill toilet paper , our bed was so lumpy couldn’t sleep my back pain for a whole week of sleeping on this old clump bed. The shower out of shampoo hair they never fill , day 3 I have to come to front desk ask for toilet paper again , what the hell ? Shampoo never fill completely empty while they in the room make bed every day. As soon as we left the room go down for breakfast came back they already made bed, but never fill hair shampoo or vacuum the toilet floor. There best western across street I was going to book online for over a week for this event we go but I choose this hotel because I always stay with the Hampton inn every place I go not too bad at other place sometimes other Hampton has trouble with water in shower too slow that ok but this location is need attention of housekeeping and not just those problems I been has, the very first day housekeeping took our towels unbelievable, our towels is different color then hotel towels how did you not look before took it oh my god terrible I have to come down front desk ask for it . I describe how is and what color my towels look like This front desk lady went inside the back and grab it and give it back to me. I had to go do laundry, upstairs 2nd floor they had only 1laundry machine and it not working horribl.

I came home with bedbugs. Rooms dirty and old. Charged parking everyday. Do not recommend this hotel for the price

Breakfast was good and adequate. Only unexpected thing was had to pay for parking.

It's was not good The rooms was not clean and the refrigerator did not work. The sheets was dirty on the on the bed. they had spiders in the room on the wall and I did let someone know.

What I did like about the stay was the location and how easy the hotel was to find, especially after a very long drive. The breakfast was also good and definitely appreciated before getting back on the road. Staff was pleasant and the overall stay itself was comfortable. Overall the hotel itself was fine, but the parking process after a long day of travel was extremely frustrating. After driving 12 hours and arriving late at night, the last thing I wanted to do was stand there scanning a QR code and entering all of my information online just to park. It honestly made check-in feel more stressful than welcoming. I also don’t understand why parking wouldn’t simply be included with the room or at the very least charged directly to the room during check in. Having to deal with a separate QR code system after such a long drive felt unnecessary and inconvenient. The whole process was more of a headache than it needed to be.

I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but when I arrived, I got a room with one king bed for five people. The hotel wouldn’t do anything for me. They refused to refund my money, so I could get another hotel room. The pool was ice cold of course it was memorial day weekend, but it’s an indoor pool. The staff upon check-in lied to me and told me they haven’t had any rooms with two double beds in them for over a month. All in all I slept on the floor and, was not at all impressed as a matter fact I will never go back there again. And I have children that live close by.

I like the room and area and that a maid brought me new sheets and pillowcases etc but she just handed them to me. She should have come into the room and made the bed herself since that’s her job.

Breakfast quality was terrible. We had no hot water and when we called down no one responded. At checkout I asked and was told that the guy in charge wouldn’t be in until Monday and there wasn’t anything she could do. We were charged for parking and that wasn’t on the website. Lastly the ice makers on 1, 2, and weren’t working. Horrible experience.

There was hair in the shower. You have to scan a qr code that has issues to pay for parking however there are almost no parking spots available. Checkout is at 11 and I was running about 5 minutes behind and was in the process of packing so that I could leave. Housekeeping started knocking and kept knocking until I got to the door ever when I said one second I’m coming. She was rude however I understand she might have had a tight schedule it just delayed me more instead of her just saying please check out asap or something she’s wanting to have a convo and stare at me. Won’t be back.

Angel was very helpful, as were other staff. The room was very clean and breakfast was wonderful. Unfortunately, our room faced the highway which made it a noisy night. I also don’t understand why we have to pay for parking…..

I was horrified that this hotel charges $10 for parking. It is literally a motel next to I-95 with truck noise! I understand that this was a corporate decision, very disappointing. That said, the hotel staff as very kind and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
