Courtyard by Marriott Rock Hill

Noises on the backside of motel. Heard interstate traffic all night. Wore ear plugs.

While sleeping, the smoke alarm went off. I called the front desk and let them know. The alarm went off again and I called the front desk again. The women told me that the manager said to take the battery out if we were smoking.

Location to where we had to go

The staff was fine, and rooms generally clean. However, very basic accommodations and nothing memorable about this hotel. Basic bed and shower.

Greeted upon arrival. We took advantage of in house bistro for dinner. Room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. Especially liked the love seat sofa and ottoman which made television watching cozy!

Dingy dirty feeling hotel. Not worth the money. Lights burnt out in room. Staff not helpfull.

The sink ran /dripped constantly, which was annoying. I took pictures and videos of the filth. It is absurd that I paid $100+ a night to stay in filth.

Clean room and ample parking.

The staff was all so friendly! Very conveniently located off the highway and had a great bar & Starbucks for customers.

Would like free breakfast

They would not let us stay there because they said the ESA is not a service animal. I have paperwork that says different. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever book with a Courtyard by Marriot. We had by service with them. I booked this room a month or more ago.

Parking and check in were easy. The employee who checked us in was super kind. The room itself was fine but the towels and bedding had stains. Room was clearly not vacuumed. Pool is not heated and should be advertised as such. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our kids but we could not even swim in it. I liked being able to get the Starbucks in the morning.

This was literally an undercover Warzone. I couldn’t even be at peace just sitting outside smoking a cigarette.. certainly here comes a little dude with his a little shorts on and he wants to clean outside windows and blow off dirt cause there is no plants or trees. I don’t know who owns this place, but it’s very suspicious. I don’t recommend it for anyone of a good standard

A/C did not work.

The only thing I was shocked about is that I could not get a complimentary coffee in the lobby. I had to buy one, that was a first for me.

Great place to stay. Staff was amazing
