STRICT RULES UNFAVORABLE AREA UNFAVORABLE PEOPLE SURROUNDING THE AREA. YOU’RE BETTER OFF BOOKING AT THE HYATT FOR A COUPLE DOLLARS MORE FOR LESS RULES, NICER STAFF, AND YOU WILL NOT SEE UNFAVORABLE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND LATE AT NIGHT.

Staff is very rude except one gentleman who had a great smile and great energy- house keeping rude and aggressive . I stayed for a week for leisure purposes visiting family and friends . They didn’t not want to extend my stay due to me smoking in an area which I seen other guest smoking . There are lots of undesirable people walking around during the day and night , very dangerous if traveling alone but cheap if you need a few nights rest . They are too strict for a property with no amenities and lack of professionalism . I would not be back to pull in to watch late night junkies and promiscuous women walking around late nights with pimps . DO NOT BOOK HERE REPEAT DO NOT BOOK .

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and provided great value for a work trip. Everything went smoothly and met my expectations but room was smells bad.

The front desk employee asked several personal questions that made us feel uncomfortable. We were also told we would need to pay again despite already having a confirmed reservation. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the surrounding area did not feel very safe. Due to these issues, we decided not to stay and left that same night.

Could have used a chair in the room and some morning coffee. But overall experience was very good.

That said, there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room that I couldn't really get past. While everything looked clean visually, the smell definitely affected the overall experience. Another inconvenience was that there was no hair dryer in the room. I had to go to the front desk, leave my ID, and borrow one from the office. It wasn't a major issue, but it was less convenient than having one already available in the room. Overall, the stay was manageable and served its purpose as an affordable place to stay before an early flight. The friendly staff was a plus, but the odor in the room and the hair dryer situation kept the experience from being better.

The construction made it extremely difficult to access our room. My husband is disabled and we had to park very far from the room!

Good security. There is access only with room card and secure parking behind a fence. Staff were friendly. It's a shame that this area (which used to be nice) is now frequented by so many homeless people and drug users. Thus, the security features of Motel 6 were appreciated.
