The room I stayed in was hot!! Even though I lowered it all it let me the room was still at 75. It never cooled down.

The first room we were assigned was covered with animal hair everywhere, making it obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. On top of that, there was no shampoo or conditioner available in the room. When we went to the front desk to report these issues, the staff did not apologize or show any concern, which was extremely disappointing. We were eventually moved to a different room, but unfortunately, it was not any better. The bathtub was covered in black grime and looked filthy. At that point, we completely lost confidence in the cleanliness standards of this hotel. The lack of cleanliness throughout our stay and the poor customer service made this a terrible experience. I honestly believe that some roadside motels are cleaner and better maintained than this hotel. We expected much better and would not recommend this property to anyone. Very disappointing stay.

Very good property. Rooms were big. All amenities were very good. Did not care for being charged to park a car. Thought that was ridiculous especially renting 4 rooms.
