The room decor was a tad dated, but to us what mattered was the comfy bed, the blackout shade, and the cold AC! Would sefinitely stay there again.
-
Pool was out of service, laundry out of service, milk machine out of service, air conditioning in lobby not working, worst experience in a hotel I've had. I will not return to a Wyndam resort.
-
En general todo súper bien, solo que al parecer el aire acondicionado de la recepción y el gimnasio estaban fuera de servicio y en áreas comunes hacía mucho calor, lo demás 10/10

No complaints

There was dog poop in the hallway, no air conditioning and no pool, I was charged a 1 day penalty even though I did not stay. The front desk had boys visiting them and acted like it was an inconvenience to stop talking to them to help us check in and then charged us 1 day penalty for leaving after an hour of no air conditioning. It must have been like 85 degrees inside and cooler to be outside

My main issue is the horrible condition of the pool and hot tub. They are unusable. Literally thick, green pool. I immediately asked to cancel both times to be told they don't do that. So you have pool and hot tub advertised that are unusable and then refuse to give a person's money back? In summer? In South Texas? I hadn't even left the front desk when I asked to cancel. Never entered the room, hadn't even been given the key yet. Do not give this location your money until you see the place. A/C in dining area and lobby do not work.. they have portables and have had them for weeks.

Pool was green, A/C broken in lobby, ants all over the candies that were being sold in lobby. Hotel felt very run down.

Breakfast was terrible; Second day we better decided to go out. Room was not cleaned and didn't replace towels. In lobby area there was no A/C working and also you could hear the sound of airplanes nearby from airport

I spent one week at the Wyndham Garden but I'm not sure where the garden came into play. The Wyndham Dungeon would have been a better description. During the course of my stay the only time I saw housekeeping was when they walked in on me in the bathroom, after that nothing. I did ask for clean towels one day which were delivered and dropped off but they did not remove the used towels or the several days of garbage. They did knock on the door twice early in the morning but since I was still in my room they skipped it and never returned. The breakfast was in my opinion a total waste off time unless you're into tasteless food. The bed was comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. In short if you're looking for a good night's sleep you'll be fine, if however you are expecting anything else you will be gravely disappointed. In my opinion there are much better options available.

They didn’t have a bar or food in the evening like it was before. They do have a breakfast. Staff is great. Easy to have driver take you to airport and pick you up. You can leave your car and we did, but it opened up and people could get into parking lot to steal car if they wanted.

Very disappointed with my family’s experience. There were times when there would be periodically hot water, and other times, you were fortunate enough to have lukewarm water for showering. The hotel’s hot tub was functioning, but the water was barely lukewarm and only 3 of the jets worked out of all 10-15 on the sides. We really looked forward to enjoying a nice hot tub with hot/warmer water after traveling so far. Their swimming pool was green and out of service. Thirdly, we had planned to utilize their washing and drying machines only to find out that they were all out of service. Only enjoyable part of our way was the beautiful room itself. Lastly, almost all the staff we had interacted with were rude and acted like we weren’t of value as guests. Sad to see this is how others treat one another.

Bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was okay with decent variety.

Upon arrival, the front lobby was hot and humid, and they had a portable air conditioner for the employees at the desk. Not one person working mentioned any ac problems as if it was the norm, or they didn’t want to lose money. The water wasn’t hot in the shower for one whole day. The air conditioning in our room was only cooling half the room and shut off if you made the temp too low. The shower nor sink drained properly in our room. I saw a lively roach in the lobby by the breakfast area. The website states cribs available but we had to wait until 9pm before someone arrived with a portable pack n play because they had to “find one”. I heard several other guests and employee conversations regarding the heat, lack of ac, mildew, and mold in the beds. Floor 5 smelled like mildew and my sinuses suffered from that. The pool and hot tub were nice, but a little cloudy, and the interior decorations were nice, but that was it. Breakfast was minimal but okay.

Had no issues otherwise and I would definitely recommend the property.

Great staff and very clean
-
The carpet should be removed in the room.

The room had a smell to it, no hot water, safe was broken, never cleaned the room once during our stay, we had to get our own towels, lobby and breakfast eating area had no AC so it was 95 F while you ate breakfast, and over all a general horrible stay!!
-
Facility was clean, and staff were friendly and accommodating. The building has a lack of hot water. We had to be moved to another room our second day due to no hot water in the first room and the sink being clogged and not draining. We had the same issue of no hot water and sink not draining in the second room. Spoke with another guest staying there who had the same issue of no hot water in their room.

Booked a stay here for 1 night the AC didnt work the room was hot, let staff know and she basically told me theres nothing to do about it
