Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Airport

The thing that I couldn't get past was that there is no drinking water in the room. At a quarter the price of this room, I expect complimentary water in the fridge. After a long drive, the last thing I expected to do was to get straight back in the car and drive to the nearest supermarket. They do offer it in their 'market', but at $2 a bottle, I wouldn't buy it out of principle. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and well located. The staff are friendly enough. But still, that water situation....

I love the hospitality of the staff, the only problem is that we asked for a higher floor before booking, they didnt honor that, and of course, they have to give the hogh floor to a family with 20 kids running all over the place up to 2am. That is completely inconsiderate...and that is whyI asked for a higher floor. I hope next time they can honor it. Is a good hotel but as a recommendation I think you should considered to give those lower floor to families with kids, that way they can run allll night long as they pleased without interrupting anyone's sleep.

We found the hotel to be conveniently located for our needs. We enjoyed the hot breakfast as well as the “kickback” event on the evenings.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful! My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed it was open until 10pm so we always had time for a night swim. The breakfast was delicious and many options to choose for everyone

After a disastrous travel day (including yet another cancelled flight at DFW), we were warmly welcomed during check-in by Jennifer at Reception. Jennifer was professional yet friendly - first rate service!! We learned about the free and marvelous "Happy Hour" in which we indulged immediately after dropping off our bags. Our room was cozy and comfortable with a sparkling clean bathroom. Breakfast was hot and delicious! The airport shuttle service was provided as needed. We will definitely return to this oasis just minutes away from SAT.

Anytime we are in San Antonio we always stay at this hotel. We love it. The rooms are always clean. Check in process is easy. Everyone is very friendly. The Drury hotel is our go to hotel.

Conveniently located for my needs! Love the happy hour My room was 352 which is next to the elevator in the furthest part of the hotel.

All staff were professional and kind. It was clean and great food. They didn’t know what time the mall closed. We were dropped off and 20 minutes later they were closing.

Everything great except for one thing... breakfast were the same every single day. After the fourth day, we were tired of eating the SAME food. Please change it up. Everytime we stay here, the breakfast items are never changed.
