Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent customer service at the front desk.

Lobby was nice enough, but room was tired. Many outlets didn't work, carpet was frayed, just felt a little old and dated. No breakfast included. Cabinet doors slightly broken. Screen door bent and holes in it on the balcony. Toilet seat loose. TV remote barely worked. Tired. Not the 8 rating it has on Booking.com Needs renovation

Very comfortable modern and quiet. Staff friendly, helpful. Restaurant and snacks on property. Will return.

Bedding felt old , pool wasn't clean, no pool towels , rats passing the pool at night , friendly staff

Regardless, I will definitely be returning bc the location is ideal and there are two strip malls making convenience off the charts! If you need a quality pillow to sleep, I encourage you to bring your own.

The staff was very kind but the hotel itself is on the older side. I was able to hear all the walking in the room next door, upstairs, and in the hall.

Clean and staff was understanding

Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. It was relatively quiet at night. Hallway going to the elevator smelled from pot. Elevator was very squeaky. Carpet was frayed where it met the tile.

All the staff are so accommodating and very good of what they do. They do their best to help you. I wasn’t able to get the name of the front desk for the morning of my check in but she is amazing as well as who help me with my checkout .

Check in was great. Islam was professional and knowledgeable. The whole staff took care of the customers excellently.

They change my room from 2 beds to one queen bed without my approval and charge me a still for a double ! But other then that , clean & comfortable hotel
