The hotel is very nice. The parking is a little expensive at $80 a day.

Tuen, the bellhop, was exceptional with his service and attention. Thank you once again Tuen! More 'getting around' and local info would have been appreciated from front of house. A bar fridge that can be utilised by guest for personal items would be good.(Nb, a fully stocked in room mini bar was there)

The housekeeper started to knock our door since 9:55 AM and kept coming back asking when we would be checking out even though the check out time is 11 AM. I don’t understand why we were being so rushed to leave the room! Brought it up to the front desk agent and they didn’t rectify the situation.

The breakfast was very tasty and all of the staff members were welcoming and eager to please. The room was delightful and the room staff were genuinely friendly. The hotel is near the Tenderloin.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and always available to help with any request. Highly recommended!

Location and room size The front desk lady that checked me in. She was very rude and had an attitude. She was Latin but I couldn't catch her name to formally complain. Ok the opposite when I checked out there was another person and he was super nice. The second thing I didn't like was the breakfast staff. They were again super rude. They give you a voucher that is for 2 people. The restaurant is a la carte and you can order one dish per person. I paid for a double room hence I had 2 dishes but they didn't allow me to order more than one. On top of that the waiter brought me the check without me asking I was still eating. Which I find very rude. He had the nerve to ask for a tip which of course I didn't give. Overall this hotel is very far from Marriot standards.

Good hotel, great staff, comfy rooms, located near the Union Square, The area does not feel very safe. There are no coffee machines in the room. And their pricing methods are not customer-friendly.
