Staff helped a lot especially Charles at the reception helped me find some missing packages and they brought all up in my room. Excellent customer service. The room is big and clean.

MAJOR ADA VIOLATIONS AND ROOM WAS FILTHY. EXPEDIA HAS BEEN MADE AWARE AND NOT REFUNDED YET EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY AND DID NOT STAYY THE WHOLE TIME.

Great location. Rooms are well appointed and of good size. My room had limited lighting (both natural and room lighting) which was a bit problematic when getting ready. Having said that, I was able to get great rest because it was so quiet.

The service, staff, and restaurant were fantastic! Would stay again.

Very close to everything would refrain walking around after dark lots of homeless drug addicts very skid rowish, other than that wonderful location close to everything but don’t expect Nob Hill I would definitely stay here again!!

As this booking was funded by my employer, I required the invoice to be refunded. During checkout, the hotel receptionist promised to email it to me. It has been more than two weeks, and the hotel is ignoring my messages or emails. This is a very upsetting situation for me. The booking Customer Support Team is being highly unprofessional with the specialist providing completely different responses and not supporting me in this situation. Even though there is a legal obligation under Consumer law to provide invoices for customers.

It would be nice to have coffee and breakfast available at 630 am on weekdays

Vouchers for happy hour and coffee at breakfasts Not having coffee in room but made up for at breakfast, location after driving car off round the corner I literally saw a man passing in middle of street and i woudln't walk down one of the roads at all.

The hotel has lots of personality and is well maintained. Staff were all very kind and friendly. Location is near Union Square, so walkable and as safe as expected. Water pressure was great and rooms were clean.

I had a wonderful stay here, and the customer service truly stood out the most. From the moment I arrived, Charles and Dhali were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went completely out of their way to provide helpful information about San Francisco, sharing the best local spots, navigation tips, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. I feel like a hotel is only as good as the people who work in it, as they are the ones who make the atmosphere. It is rare to find a team with this level of attention and care for their customers. The rooms were kept perfectly clean, and the little details made a huge difference. I would highly recommend booking a stay here.
