Torn and worn out carpets, just a few charge points, no USB, no charging point at the nightstand etc. Otherwise the location is great and staff was friendly.

My husband and I enjoyed our very large room with king bed, fridge and microwave. The room was very quiet, had a table and two chairs, and had large operable windows. We liked being on the upper floor in the back building where it was quiet. There are picnic tables and a grill available for customers to use.

walking distance from the stores and casinos Walking distance to lakeside beach. Clean Hotel very quiet and the staff was very nice. the rooms have everything you need a small fridge microwave a table and some chairs a nice bed could be a bit more comfy but it is very well priced and very close to all the stores.

Very clean, everything was well kept. However, no elevator, and beds were a little uncomfortable.

This hotel is located in the heart of south Lake Tahoe. 3-5 minute walk to Heavenly Village, the lake, and the casinos. Also close to many varied food establishments and shopping. Laundry machines worked perfectly. Office staff were very friendly and efficient. The maid service was very thorough. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay.
