The mattress was a large piece of foam, similar to a sponge, and we did not experience comfort. The shower head was extremely low. My wife is 5'4" and was taller than the shower head. The water was hot and pressure was strong, to add positivity. The Hotels.com advertised price is incorrect, and we paid a higher rate at the property. Hotels.com will not refund the difference in price, be forewarned. The room was dated, but clean. The check-in is an unusual 4:30pm. The manager is friendly.

Warm, friendly owner. Very hospitable and had great recommendations. Motel is cute, quaint and intimate. in a great location. Walking distance to shopping and dining

Room was not clean at all. Blinds were very very dirty and they didn't close completely. Spider nets all over the place. With AC on, I noticed that the room is getting hotter. It got to 80 something. That was because the portable ac exhaust pipe was separated and it was making the room hotter than colder. Anyway, other than the host which was a very nice person, the rest was very very bad

The owner of the hotel is incredibly nice and accommodating on all requests. Great location, coffee, quality hair-dryer, and comfortable bed.

The owners are nice and helpful. The air con unit was VERY loud. Carpet was old and appeared dirty. The shower curtain rod was hanging on by a wing and a prayer.

This place is very convenient for a show at Harvey’s or a quick walk down to the beach. Mei is so friendly and goes above and beyond for her guests.

This was the perfect one night getaway in South Lake. The location was awesome, bed was comfy, room was clean, and the check in process was easy. The owner was super friendly and provided discounted beach passes for the nearby beach as well as fresh coffee in the morning. 10/10 recommend for a night or two stay.

I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room to a livable stay. Very very disappointed I tried to get out of my stay but Expedia was going to charge me because I had already signed in.

As good as it gets for 2.5-star motel! Well maintained, perfect location between beach and gondola. I'm going to stay there in summer

Awesome place, really enjoyed our stay. Got a free room upgrade, because we had our 3 year old boy with us. There is also free hot chocolate, milk and coffee. Very nice owner.
