Staff was not helpful at all. The place is falling apart. Mold growing in bathroom. They can at least keep some towels by pool area.

The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. The room keys constantly stop working, forcing you to go to the front desk for replacements, assuming someone is actually there. Despite being told the office is staffed 24/7, it was frequently unattended for hours, leaving guests locked out of their rooms. The phone number provided for the front desk and manager is useless. No one answers, and there's no voicemail. Even the guy at the front desk admitted it doesn't go to anyone and is unsure why management even offers it. At one point, five separate groups were waiting outside to either check in or obtain replacement keys because their existing ones no longer worked. The property is also incredibly noisy. I stayed on the ground floor, and nearly every day it sounded like people upstairs were rearranging furniture for hours. Between the constant noise and the key issues, getting any rest was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, unauthorized charges continued appearing on my card after I checked out. Since the hotel is virtually impossible to contact, I have no way to determine what these charges are for or whether they're legitimate.

The room key card would not work and we had to keep going to the office. This happened over and over and it was very frustrating.

Very pleased with our stay. Room is cozy and updated aside from carpet, but being that this is pet friendly I didn’t mind. My first time traveling with my poodle and she made herself at home. We did have a problem with toilet shortly after arrival but maintenance came within a half hour and fixed it. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and property well managed. The pool and jacuzzi was definitely a highlight! My son loved didn’t want to leave. So close and walkable to heavenly village and nice to not have to drive once you get there. Rates are very good for the value and convenience. Would totally stay again. 2nd level balcony was enjoyable and we saw a bear roaming in the morning! Very cool! It was great for our one night stay.

Beach passes were helpful. The room was very dated and several things were broken. The light in the room was very dim and the feeling depressive.

I had a good stay at 3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club. The kitchen was very helpful, especially for a family with kids. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We are traveling with a newborn and we need some extra time at checkout to feed the baby and they said they would charge 100 dollars extra for and extra 30 mins

Not what we expected

Room was small & very old which was fine it was actually pretty clean for how old it was until we pulled down the bedding and found black hair all over the sheets. Looked like an animal had rolled around in the bed. So gross! Location was in a great spot close to everything on the south side. The door also didn’t shut all the way from the outside and got stuck a few times when we tried to open it. Definitely something that needs to be fixed.

Very convenient location. The room was clean and staff was helpful. I'd come back again.

Rustic Tahoe lodge in walkable neighborhood (I also brought my bike) ten minute walk to the beach. Ask the front desk for a voucher and you can access the beach for $5.00. Room was clean, water pressure in shower was great. Pool and hot tub were spotless.

The staff was amazing. Polite, friendly, helpful and seemed to really enjoy their place of work.

Prime location. Close to many restaurants and cafes Living room lighting was terrible and couch/sofa was uncomfortable. We were locked out of the main lobby while waiting for the pool towels. Receptionist was away and no one was available to help.

The room was dark and the hotel was old. But they try hard to make it clean. I didn’t feel like the pictures reflected the reality though. But it was okay for a couple of nights I guess. Too expensive. The whole town seemed to be bent on getting you to spend more money than it was worth. People in town were not friendly. All places that you can get close to the lake charge an arm and a leg. The hotel said it was providing beach access, but even that wasn’t completely free. And maybe it is not hotel’s fault, but it just left bad taste in my mouth about Tahoe area.
