The front desk gentleman did not provide great customer service. He greeted me with an attitude when checking in and did not provide the welcome I was expecting. The floors smelled like smoke. The King bed room was spacious and got the job done. Overall an okay experience nothing terrible but nothing to be amazed about.

You had to pay for any food at the grill bar restaurant even morning coffee 3.85 if you didn't like the coffee in your room beautiful place nice parking garages . They were very helpful. We had two Uber rides excellent. You do have to be on the actual Uber website tho.It would be nice to had a hot tub there but it was a very nice place to stay .

The first attendant on the overnight shift was super cute and helpful. No free parking, no good directions about how to get breakfast included with the stay. The breakfast host was completely uninviting, constantly staring and pointing at us to other employees and forced the busboy to tell us we need our breakfast vouchers from the front desk. And then he kept watching me eat and serve myself and just continue to point and talk about us to the other employees. Did not greet us. We asked the hotel host where to find the breakfast area, and he also did not make it clear we needed vouchers with our stay and just sent us. No extra blankets in the room, the hotel had mouse droppings by our window. There was a lot of dust above the microwave and food area. Room overall was okay. However, it was bad hospitality. There was an event going on and their noise level was way overboard. No respect to others guests. We were on the 9th floor and the we heard them partying all through midnight. Hotel is a place for us to rest and to have some quiet time, not having to hear music all night. We will not be back at this location. First and last, as there's no respect for the guests who paid for a place that's suppose to allow guest to rest, but that did not happen. Should've made the room sound proof if you are going to put a banquet room in the hotel that people are going to be partying and distributing other guests.

Room was clean, hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. Pay for parking. I understand in a large city parking is a rare commodity, but if I'm staying at the hotel, that should be included in the price. Also, it was $22 for someone to park and leave their car and it was $26 for someone to have the "privilege" to drive in and out of the lot during their stay. Privilege was their word, not mine.

nice room and great location For the price of the suite, it would have been nice to have a better stock of coffee and coffee staples available

You have to pay for can parking, no breakfast

  • Engine customer May 2026

One parking garage entrance was broken, didn’t realize parking wasn’t free for hotel guest. $22 per day. Great otherwise

For the most part, this is a pretty good place to stay. The only thing I did not like is it is a bit on the expensive side, parking is a little bit difficult, and the breakfast is difficult to understand as you have to pay for it separately.

    Good stay
