Decent hotel for the price. Parking is a premium at 21 plus tax. 3 days was 70 bucks extra so keep that in mind. Attached restaurant was good. It's a loud location.

I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.

Joe at the front desk was awesome. Super kind and very helpful. The location of the property was perfect.

Clean rooms, clean lobby and easy access to Grand Casino Arena and many dining establishments. Loved that the parking garage was locked at all hours so you had to have a parking pass to get in.

Sticker shock is PAYING to park. $21per day they charged. No free breakfast either Great convenient location

Easy public transport from center to airport.

Check in went super smooth! The sign for where to turn in wasn’t super obvious but the rest of the process and stay were 10/10 would 100% come back and stay at this hotel, staff was always friendly and helpful!

The property was great. The staff we encountered was rude though. Me and a friend stayed here while visiting my sister and I don't stay at hotels very often but the guy that helped us check in was rude and at the end was making gestures as we walked away. I wish there were people behind us watching him. He was ridiculous. It was bad enough we were in an area we were not familiar with and then had this guy. I wish I knew his name so I could add it.

We (2 people) stayed for 2 nights. The bathroom had only 3 towels, and there were zero towel racks so towels stayed wet. Housekeeping did not come to the room at all. Towels stayed damp, toilet paper not replaced, etc. For the price, these services should be standard.
