Arrogant front office guy who was arguing that he will not issue an invoice because the booking was done through booking.com. He went through my booking.com app, including the other bookings for no reason.

The hotel is a little on the older feeling side but it has tons of charm. The rooms were smaller but utilized well so you felt comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. The staff here were more amazing than any hotel we stayed in Tokyo.

Good location, right near subway. Staff were friendly. Right above a Dennys and 7 Eleven. Room was kind of small. The district itself is very busy/crowded.

The location and ease of access I stayed with two people and only got one key. Wish they were able to give two for a two person room

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's located right next to a 7-Eleven, which was incredibly convenient, and is also very close to the train station in the heart of Ikebukuro. The room size was good for Tokyo standards. I highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling who plans to explore various districts using the train. After long days of sightseeing, it was a relief to have just a short walk back to the room.

Location is very convenient. Denny Cafe on the second floor open from 6.00 am with good quality & value breakfast menu. & 7-11 next door

It has a great location, everything was clean and has the Dennys from downstairs as their breakfast supplier (if the breakfast included service was booked)

Excellent location They used to have the best body lotion, but now the past few stays at Centurion Hotels haven’t included that amenity.

Right by the station. Convenience store at the front entrance. Denny's on the second floor. Beds were comfortable. The room was worn. While clean, there was a fair amount of staining on the carpet and linens. 3rd "bed" was a foot rest with sheets on it.
