Coastal Hotel and Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront

My stay was very good. The staff was great and willing to listen and help, any way they could. Breakfast was great but the breakfast area does get a little crowded at times but the guests in which I interacted with were good people. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel was good for the price. Would help if parking was more available for visitors.

Only thing I did not like was no smoking on the balcony But I respected it other than that it was Great

The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast has almost anything you could want in a continental breakfast. The breakfast room was very clean and continually being restocked. The hotel has an off-street parking ramp so you can fee secure leaving your car. And it's so conveniently located in Virginia Beach with easy access to the interstate and plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. We are planning to stay again when we are in the area.

Very nice only stayed one night but clean and nice.

Great location, great ocean view! Got to see dolphins in the morning. Great balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Free Parking garage was helpful. The included breakfast was good. The staff was right on top of the breakfast area. Very clean area, they would come around and take dirty plates. They wiped down the tables right away and the chairs. Safe feeling in the hotel, keeping doors locked with needing to use your room key to access the building. Husband’s only complaint was shower ceiling was low and the shower head was difficult for him to use (he’s 6 feet tall). Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

It was our first time in Virginia Beach and the only criticism I had that an advisement of a major event they had the weekend we arrived would’ve been helpful, but everything worked out just fine. Highly recommend for a family no larger than four if the kids are willing to share a bed. Looking forward to potentially staying again sooner than later

Rooms were very nice. Great beach view and everyday room was cleaned new linens ,towels and swept. Pool was ok. Overall excellent. We will return to stay again.

The staff was wonderful! Had an issue with our shower leaking and our fridge not working. Called and someone came straight away to fix them for us!

Clean room and love the separated suites for privacy with the wife while the kids shared the other bed. Great setup and grat experience

The friendly stuff. Breakfast was very good and a good variety of food.

The two separate bedroom set up was a great surprise. The easy access to the parking was perfect from our 5th floor room. Would definitely request that room again. The walls are VERY thin and we could hear full discussions of the room next to us.

We would definitely stay at this property again. Everybody on the staff was amazing, friendly, couldn’t do enough for you.

The staff did an excellent job. They cleaned the room thoroughly each day. The breakfast staff was also very cordial and nice. Property does need some updates but overall for the money a good value

I absolutely loved the view and very much enjoyed the hot tub. This was a great location on the boardwalk, near great food, right on the beach

Very clean room. Perfect setup for people traveling with children. We were able to put them to sleep in the back of the room and it was very dark and quiet while my husband and I enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast was hot and there were plenty of options for everyone. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable.
