Holiday Inn Va Beach-Oceanside (21st St) by IHG

The hotel is centrally located on the Boardwalk and convenient to everything. Very convenient for families or anyone, you really don't have to move your car once you are there!

Cleanliness was just ok. Didn’t want to look at anything too close. Seems like it has had a facelift. It’s a dated hotel overall but fine for the beachfront. We enjoyed our location and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Special shoutout to Rocky at the front desk. She was awesome.

This hotel is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant down stairs has amazing food. Staff is helpful and pleasant.

Great hotel in a great location. Our only criticism was the ever present smell of pot in the room and in the hallways. We understand it's legal but it's a non-smoking hotel therefore it shouldn't be allowed inside the hotel.

The one disappointing part of the stay is that you are charged for parking, but there are not enough spaces for everyone’s cars. So they have valet parking (at no extra charge other than the tip), but that was pretty disorganized and sometimes you have to wait a while for the valet, which made the valet parking feel like an inconvenience. But aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, room was absolutely beautiful, very clean property, nice location, would definitely stay again!!

Need to add in description before reserving a room is that there’s no free breakfast also have to pay for parking also couldn’t pick up hardly any channels

The staff was absolutely amazing the women that gave us our room seen how tired and worn out we where she did everything she could to get us unloaded and into our room fast even though we was way to early for check in and the night guy I lost my room key and it was late no problems new key do you need anything else more then happy to help like other places I have visited at night they don't want to help this guy was great we really enjoyed our stay they were great thank you

The view was beautiful

It was beachfront 12 and older is considered an adult for breakfast breakfast. If you select them as a child, they don’t get free breakfast and you have to pay $18 to be included in your free breakfast. The shower was not clean. It looks like they painted the ceiling to cover up mold and errors.
