Coffee maker was not working and it was replaced after complaints. Overall experience was terrible I asked for a refund for my stay as it was not good experience and had to face lot of issues and could not get our plans on time. Pleas refund my money back.

The hotel view is very good and so is the pool. The guy on the front desk is very nice. But overall the sofa bed was no good. No one can sleep on it, it’s broken also the covering on the sofa is rip and sponge is totally exposed also the AC unit in the room is very loud you can’t sleep how loud it is. The bathroom has no body wash, shampoo etc, everything is empty.

Excellent choice for stay!

There was a beautiful beach view. The rail for that view cracked. Not a place for small kids. Stove top didn't work great, sofa sleeper popped, TV didn't work, toilet clogged more then once. NO HOUSE KEEPING. I had to ask for bathroom towels. Good thing I brought stuff from home. Vending machine out of order. We never found the ice machine if there was one.

The most filthy hotel I ever stayed in. I changed rooms twice because the couch was filthy. The final room had used towels on the balcony absolutely disgusting place. Never again

Great place

Great view of the ocean. It was over 90 outside and the AC in the room was completely off so it was hot and muggy when i got in my room. Even if they set the AC to 80 that would have at least made it bearable. And yes, its beach front, but the bathroom floor was covered in sand so one of the towels went to just wiping my feet off before getting into bed or walking out of the bathroom. USB wall didn't really work. One would work if i moved the cable just right. Not an expensive place, and it had a comfortable bed. It was available and I only grabbed the room foe the night as I was traveling through. I would have been more disappointed if i was coming there on vacation and staying for an extended period.

I barely survived my stay, I wanted to checkout and just go someplace else but my other guest didn’t want to go through the confusion. The floors were filthy, the washing machine didn’t work it stopped mid wash and I had to wring out all my clothes and put them in the dryer. The staff said it was nothing they could do to call the number on the machine. It was a no smoking room but there were tips of blacks all over the patio that I cleaned up so they wouldn’t assume we did it. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned from the last guest, I threw the food out and when I told the staff the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out and that I threw out the food he said "awe". We were there 3 nights and house keeping never came. We had to go down everyday and ask for new washcloths and towels then when we got some they were stained and had to ask for more. The pull out couch is very dirty and uncomfortable, we went to Walmart to buy sheets to cover it up. The good things are the view and the water temp and pressure in the shower. I survived that trip but I would never agree to stay there again. The building itself is outdated and needs major construction. Pay a few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

Unprofessional and unhelpful

Everything was clean and great besides a hole in the living room floor.

We were informed the ac was turned on 5 minutes before our arrival and it did not actually cool down the room until 2am. The floors were so dirty and there were no extra sheets for the pull out sofa which was stained. The parking is very strange too.

We got to know the maintenance man very well as it took 3/4 days to get toilet to work properly. We purchased our own plunger to keep in our room. This property is older and slightly more than run down but it accommodated my boyfriend and I when we needed something less expensive than most and we needed it immediately. The view from the balcony was spectacular but there again it accommodated 2 there is no way this room is suitable for 6 guests. Did we enjoy our trip? Very much so, would I stay here again? No

It looked nothing like the picture on the site

TV remote didn't work and the body wash in the bathroom was empty. Large stain on couch in living room

Came in late, nightshift staff member charged the wrong card. First tried to charge us $70 more than what we should’ve paid. Then they only have 1 elevator that was broken the whole time. The room just felt dirty. Didn’t use the pool as it just looked dirty all around. For the amount of money that we paid, the only good thing was the view of the ocean outside the balcony.

The couch bed was very bad thin mattress and no covers in the room for it. It was ocean front.

That the beach was right there in walking distance. It wasnt a great stay. The employees was not friendly. Our room flooded the tvs didnr work and when they moved us to a new room in the middle of the night some strange man was in our new room smoking and had a key i mean wow.

I was at the beach

This is a very affordable room, but it is an old property. There’s one very old elevator. When you walk in it reminds you a little bit of New York projects. There is a nice beach view for a very small balcony. I also like the spacious living room the staff was not friendly. In fact the staff member that woke me in was unprofessional and polite however, for the price it is closely located to some of the fun stuff

They was bugs everywhere in the room, no towels or bedding, tvs didn’t work, you can hear the room next door
