Fairfield Inn & Suites Amarillo West/Medical Center

We have nothing against pets, however my spouse is very allergic to the dander. It is one thing to allow service animals, but I personally saw 6 dogs during our 2 day stay and only 1 had on a service vest. The small elevator smelled like dog which is stomach turning when you are going for breakfast. We have nothing against dogs, but believe that facilities should keep those rooms seperate from the other rooms. We will not be back due to this.

Not worth $163 paid for one night. Coffee maker in room defective.

Bed was super comfy. The bedding was very high end…I didn’t want to get out of bed. I tried looking for a tag to buy the bedding for my home. Breakfast was perfect. Pool and hot tub were perfectly adequate and the fitness room had everything we needed.

Room had some minor issues, shades did not work, sink drain cap was pulled and on bathroom counter, and the room was cold 58 degrees when we entered. It heated up fine.

Good Hotel to stay at while traveling. Good clean rooms, conveniently located and a very friendly and helpful staff. Our choice when traveling through Amarillo.
