No one came to provide clean towels. Bar was closed as they had lost their liquor license. We had ordered a handicapped accessible room with king bed and sofa bed. We were told on arrival accessible rooms do not have sofa beds.

The elevators were down so had to change to a different room.

Renovated insides were nice, but there was no night light in bathroom, no coffee pot for the coffee maker. The bistro was not open for dinner...I don't mind not having a free breakfast but it seems cheap to not offer free coffee. The mattresses in our room were so soft and our bodies left huge dents ..not a great sleep sadly.

We were there only to sleep but everything was beautifully maintained.

I thought there was continental breakfast included, but there wasn't. That was disappointing especially considering the cost.

The customer service was outstanding. My check-in concierge was fantastic. Help me out with a little issue got it handled friendly and obviously a hotel with honesty and integrity. Convenient and safe clean

Staff was impeccable. They were friendly, courteous, informative, and went above and beyond inquiring if there was any more they could do. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotless and looked brand new. The hallways were clean and orderly. Plenty of parking. Check out was easy and fast. And on our way out they asked if their was anything they could do to improve our stay. We thought there would be a bath tub and after driving 14 hours a hot soak would’ve been nice. That was solely due being in a rush booking.

There were lots of ants in the bathroom, picked up multiple small beed type items off the floor, hair in the sheets.
