Very nice and clean room and bathroom. I would stay here again, if I am ever in the area again.

We stayed at this property for several days while visiting family and friends. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was fine for our needs. We will consider staying at this property on future trips.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff attentive to everyone. Food was standard fare plus the fixings for carnita tortillas which was delicious. I hope our travels bring us back to Ankeny!

This hotel was excellent - the location was great, the staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good - I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The shower didn't work. No way was I going to take a bath. Shame on you. Towels were like sandpaper. No paper or plastic cups at bathroom sink; I dropped a glass in the sink,and it broke. Better lighting for reading at couch. Disappointing

Nearby to lots of restaurant options and easy to get on the interstate.

We still give it a 5 star because of the cleanness, friendliness and being very comfortable. We will be back.

Shower had mold and the shower nozzle kept facing the wall. I wish when you make a reservation clearly for 6 people there would hear least a towel for each person and extra toilet paper. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Hands down the best place weve ever stayed at! Its absoutely beautiful inside & out.. the rooms are amazing, the staff is superb & the breakfast options are good as well. Id say the only 2 things that they could offer for breakfast would be iced coffee, more creamer flavor options & waffels daily! Otherwise this place is perfect! We will definitely being staying here again.

Upon arrival, there were no employees at the front desk. I had a long wait to check in.

The location and the size of the room were great. The floors were filthy and sticky. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed. The beds and pillows were perhaps the worst I've had.
