Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport

Make sure to book the airport shuttle pickup in advance or jump into Home2Suites by Hilton, which is right next to the Hampton.

Poor Shuttle service

Great airport hotel with quick pickup 5 min from airport. Room was nice a cool when we arrived. Clean rooms and lobby.

Right under the CLT flight path, you hear every plane landing.

Stay here for the close proximity to the airport.

Parking was twelve bucks, which we didn’t care for.

This hotel was a welcome respite after a long day of delayed flights and missed connections. Kristen at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices from cold cereal and yogurt to eggs, bacon and waffles made to order. Four minutes to the airport and a couple minutes to the highway. Very convenient. Highly recommend.

Clean and helpful staff

Very close to the airport. The shuttle was excellent. Couldn't do breakfast because we left at 530. A grab and go breakfast for early departures would be great. All good but left too early for breakfast.

Very clean it had really good bed modern shower and good breakfast. We selected to stay here because of the free airport shuttle.

Breakfast was lacking but other than that, room was clean and staff was helpful.

Front desk clerk staff exhibited a couple of below average customer service skills, mostly stuff that can be cleaned up with better leadership, training, and situational awareness, but they were overall friendly, as one would expect for a Hampton Inn. Other than that, the stay was pretty good. Not a bad place, just wish they'd clean up those aspects.
