That said, cosmetically speaking, the property is showing signs of wear, which is to be expected, I suppose. Overall, this is a great value, with a friendly and attentive staff, where you can get a peaceful night's sleep despite it being in a somewhat busy area of Chesapeake.

Parking was another significant concern. There were not enough parking spaces to accommodate all guests, creating unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, the number of designated handicap-accessible parking spaces appeared inadequate for the size of the facility. I have stayed in this area on many occasions and have found that competing properties offer more modern amenities and better overall facilities at similar price points. While this facility has potential, these issues detracted from the overall experience and should be addressed to better align with the rates being charged.

Hotel looked great from the outside. In room couldn’t tell if there was a blood or food stain by the bed. Front doors deadbolt was nearly impossible to lock. I went to use the body soap…empty, called room service up to replace, they replaced all three cause they were empty. Bathroom’s wallpaper was peeling, mold around soap holder, tiles looked like they needed to be replaced asap. Walls are super thin, heard the person above me walking around till 0330. The pool area smelled like rotten broccoli, had to leave after 5 min I just felt like I was going to get sick. For the price I paid a night for the weekend I was highly disappointed. I’ve never complained about a hotel before. Again just highly disappointed

The charged my card 500 and lied & said I smoke in the room! Liars and scammers!

Under construction, lobby was somewhat disheveled.no food or snack available like other Hyatt properties. Pool was in need of a skim/clean.

Make no mistake that you will enjoy everything about the staff, property, cleanliness, and amenities.

They are refurbishing the place - so no doubt will be better. Everything quite dated. Was surprised. I wished I’d investigated more prior to booking.

The room was a suite setup the I had not expected. It was a really good size and was arranged well with there being a sitting room area separate from the sleeping section

Nice and Clean Place, and people who work there, Excellent attention nothing bad to say.

Staff aways greeted you. No Microwave in our Room. It's hard to reheat your Doggie Bag without a Microwave.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds are very soft, but not super comfortable.

The staff was so nice. We arrived late about 11:00 pm so we slept past breakfast. When we went down the manager saw us and brought out some fruit and yogurt. It was delicious and totally unexpected. He went above and beyond

Would not except My booking or my zip pay. Wanted a physical card and would not accept Apple Pay.

Perfect location to port. Good staff and very clean.

Comfortable and spacious. Nice room. Included all the amenities I needed. The only disappointment was at breakfast time when I needed my caffeine “fix” and the coffee carafes were empty. I had to wait for coffee.
