The Friendly staff was the best part of my stay here!

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Rundown and in need of many upgrades

Staying in a suite was worth it. Odd stains here and there but nothing not seen in similar hotels.

Clean room helpful staff. Only issue was water pressure in shower was not so great and it took a long time to heat up. Otherwise great hotel. Would definitely stay again

When I got there . I was very upset that they didnt take certain cards. So I had to use their atm withdrawal the money. And came with fees and can only withdrawal $200 at a time. Since I booked for 2 nights it was close to $600 plus the 12$ plus deposit on the room. 672$ almost 100$ more than I was expecting to spend. When I got to my room . It wasn't the room I booked online. Carpet had holes and they left dirty towels in the room , tv wasn't working. I had to use my internet on my phone to work the TV. I will not book again

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The Wi-Fi connection is terrible it would not hold a connection for longer than about 10 minutes and then would disconnect. The hot water is non-existent on the third floor - I let it run for more than 15 minutes and it still was barely lukewarm. The room was clean, but the hallways are dark and have a strange smell (maybe some type of cleaner). The bathroom tubs are not really practical for someone who needs assistance in and out of the shower - the grab bars are not in the right location or they need more than one.

The hotel was dirty-my bathroom had ants crawling everywhere, there was someone else’s hair on the floor and wall, sheets did not appear to be very clean, carpet needs steam cleaning! I reported the issues late (as my check in wasn’t until nearly 1:00 am due to a delayed flight. I was told nothing could be done about it until morning. Nothing was done about it at all. In addition to the room? Well, their breakfast is terrible, there only exists one ice machine, which is located on the lobby level (my room was on the 4th floor), and the entire hotel is run down, old and definitely NOT work $250/night!!!

Very run down. Paint pulled off wall in bathroom. Sink looked like it was going to fall off the wall. Carpet dirty and elevators dirty and piece missing in threshold. Clean it up. Put in a vanity to you can use.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. We didn't have time to use the pool or the workout room or the hot tub, if there was one. But they look clean as well. We would stay there again without a doubt. Love that it's no smoking no pets.

It is an older property. Room was not comfortable, hot to sleep, cold in the middle of the room. Bathroom had mold masked with caulking. Gross to look at. One night stay good enough.

The accommodation and bedding were neatly arranged, and I appreciated the friendly staff and the clean breakfast.
