Everything was just okay. The shower could have been cleaner, looks like there was some mildew or mold.

Was mostly a great stay.other then our tv crashed 4 times and had the maintenance guy there 3 times trying to unsuccessfully fixing it.

The room (with 2 queen beds) would have been perfect except for three things. (1) The entire outside-facing wall was all glass, which would have been fine had one of the three blackout curtains not have been broken—and the office across the street not have kept security lights on all night. We asked three times for maintenance to try to fix it, and while they clearly did visit the room and roll the curtains back up, they neither fixed it nor reported back to the front desk staff. We gave up asking. (2) This hotel room is NOT DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES. Although it can sleep four, what they didn’t say in the description is that only a “fancy frosted glass wall” separates the bedroom from the bathroom—and when you turn on the bathroom light, anyone in the bedroom has a “slightly blurred” view of whatever you’re doing on the other side of that glass. Luckily, my 11yo son slept through his parents’ showers—but I showered in the dark the 2nd & 3rd days. (3) The ceiling of our room looked like it had massive water damage or was unfinished (gross but harmless).

I don't have a review of my room because hotel staff were kind enough to allow me to take advantage of early check-in—therefore, I didn't have the room I selected during booking. The room that I had was okay.

Staff was very helpful, the valet parking is very handy for loading and unloading. Balcony are locked. Close by to almost everything

Shampoo etc were at a level reachable from in tub or shower. No looking for outlets. There were plenty.

Room was a corner spot and I loved the light with all the windows. Shower pressure was excellent and staff was very friendly.

Great stay! The room was spectacular with a panoramic view, the hotel and room was very clean. Gym very small but with all you need!
