Great place, we will come back to this hotel soon!

Breakfast and manager happy hour were very crowded

Clean! Great breakfast and great location. We have stayed in many different Chicago hotels and this one was a great surprise. We had no idea how well it was run and how nice it was inside. We would return for sure.

Great experience! Great location!! Close to train to get to the ballpark!

Breakfast was really nice and our room was clean and nice! It was a great little vacation for us. Do not rely on their elevators if you need to leave quickly though! Even though there are 4 or 5 elevators, we still found ourselves waiting 15-20 minutes for one during busy times such as breakfast.

The staff was amazing I can’t sleep without a fan at night and of course I forgot one. They had everyone looking so I could sleep at night. I was so thankful.

The hotel was close to everything. The staff members we professional, kind, and super helpful. The omelet station at breakfast was top notch. There is even a happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks! My son and I had a blast!

They offer breakfast everyday and at 5:30 - 7 pm they offer FREE evening treats for both adults and children.

Breakfast was great but happy hour could be better.

We asked for extra toilet paper they told us to come get it at the front desk

I am a Hilton honors member and I stay at so many embassy suites and this is the first time my experience with them was so awful.

When we first arrived, they informed us that there was a $100 a night deposit for incidentals. They told me it was in the email I got after booking…I still haven’t found it in there. Parking was $80 a day. When we finally got to the room, it looked like there was a lot of fingernail polish all over the carpet. The door going to the bedroom had a hole punched in it, and the bad patch job broke off a few times. A corner bead (corner protector) was broken. There was glitter left on the kitchen table, so it probably wasn’t cleaned between visits. There was old hard soap in our shower. There was a mini fridge, but it was half the size of a mini fridge and lacked a freezer compartment. Lastly, the windows did not block out noise very well and were very dirty. We had a city view room. We were on the 6th floor and could hear cars and people clearly -both neighbors and those on the street- throughout the night. There was good stuff though. My wife had to keep breast milk frozen, and since the mini fridge in the room had no freezer, the staff let her put it in their freezer during the day with a waiver signed. The breakfast had a lot of options, and the staff there was friendly & helpful, anticipating customers’ needs. The pool was open until 10. After what we paid for the room, plus parking and the incidentals fee so high, we would recommend looking around for another hotel.

Very good
-
Made to order breakfast is a big draw for us as a family. Beds were very soft but that is a preference for our taste.
-
Clean, spacious room. However loud being near common areas. Small, crowded pool. Breakfast/ bar area also crowded. But loved the location and the hotel itself was pretty and memorable for the kids

Exceptional

Stay was good! Only thing is the hotel is a bit on the expensive side for the restrooms to be so outdated.
-
The associates at the front desk could've been a little more personable with the customers. It felt like I was being rushed off so they could continue to talk amongst each other.
