Location only Phones in the room did not work. Told the front desk and it never was fixed. Room was only cleaned once during our 4 day stay!!

Location Room cleanliness is average , coffee machine didn’t work . For this cost one expects better .. not even one hour late check out .. gym amenities are very average ,

Considering that I have stayed at this property on several previous occasions, I would have appreciated if they had let me check in a little early (instead of asking me to wait until 3 PM exactly). I suppose customer loyalty does not matter to the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn-Mag Mile?
