Great location within walking distance of many great Chicago attractions.

Demasiado caro, para lo que es el hotel. Tuvimos problemas con la entrega de habitación. El Check in era a las 15 horas y nos entregaron la habitación a las 19:50 horas. La empleada de recepción de nombre Ashley es imcomprensible que está persona trabaje como recepcionista. Pondremos una queja formal a Expedia y a Hilton sobre lo ocurrido.

We waited over 4 hour past check in time for our room which wasnt even what we booked. They lowered the price but didnt say we were getting an entirely different room as well. The shower was still dirty, ice machine didnt work on our floor, and the window was open when we got into our room and it smelled really weird. Over all not impressed and would not stay here again. I guess a cleaner had walked out during a shift but other people were also waiting and we were all told 30min for our rooms which was never true. We were all stuck waiting hours.

The room service was very unsatisfactory. Despite requesting room cleaning, our requests were not handled properly. During our one-week stay, our room was cleaned only twice, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. The room also lacked basic amenities. There was no toothbrush provided, and even toothpaste was not available in the room — we had to get it from the front desk ourselves. Basic items that guests normally expect from a hotel should not require extra requests or effort. Overall, the hotel’s service, housekeeping, and guest support were far below acceptable standards. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

We love Home2 the stay was nice and the room was excellent. My only complaint is the parking which was very expensive and we should at least get some kind of discount. 60$ a day is really high.

They didn’t let me in, even though I had paid & had a receipt they said they are sold out at 1:00 am & to call you guys to reimburse while they let other clients in

Do not stay at this hotel! Extremely dirty room. We had hairs in our bed , called and asked for housekeeping, an hour went by ... nobody , called back down then a guy shows up and hands me the sheets ! not even right size. we needed towels asked housekeeper she said she couldn't give us any because she didnt have our room so we had to go downstairs and ask . the food/drink for sale were completely cleaned out not even a bottle of water to buy! the only thing nice about hotel was the lady at desk at 1 am when we checked in! otherwise completely disappointed and disgusted

The building itself is beautiful, but our suite smelled like smoke and urine. I would not recommend staying here.

All staff was friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much, no complaints.

The room was supposed to be a king and queen. It was a queen and a pullout sofa that was a full. The pull out bed was missing sheets, the room was missing a phone to call for the sheets, the bathroom was missing hand towels and only had towels for 2 people. The beds were not comfortable.

I booked a room on Expedia but when I arrived they said they had no vacancy. This was despite a reservation confirmation number. This happened after a flight cancellation at midnight and the staff was not and offered no other place to stay.

Great place to stay! Location is great and walkable with good food options. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Stored our luggage at check in so we could wander around until check in and at check out also. Only down side was we couldn’t get an early check in because it was so busy. Other than that great place to stay.
