Bad; pool not clean. Multiple family were disappointed. Some tried to clean the pool. I stayed there on my way up to NYC and booked again for the trip down because of the breakfast. Waffle maker was a big hit for us. Good variety of choices.

We got a suite with kitchen, but there was nothing in the kitchen, no plates, no cups, no silverware, no pans for the stove. Asked for more pillows and they said they were out. The sheets felt worn, pillows we did have were lumpy and all different shapes and sizes. Oh and the black mold in the bathroom was top tier.

We checked into our room yesterday afternoon. Then we came back around 11:30pm and couldn't get into the room so asked the front desk for help. Front desk walked to the room with us and opened it. SOMEONE ELSE WAS ASLEEP IN OUR ROOM! Front desk said they double booked it. I called today asking for a refund, and guy at front desk acted like I was crazy and didn't even say sorry. He did provide an email for the manager, who I messaged today.

It was convenient and easy to find I got the last space in the lot at 1130 on a Friday The unmentioned $100 “refundable” deposit that was never mentioned by booking.com

I had to attend a family funeral in VA early June 2026. Services were 10min away from the Best Western Inn Plus Glen Allen. The stay was pleasant. I enjoyes the staff and I will stay again if I come back in Aug. 2026.

The staff were great, especially the friendly man who maintains the great breakfast area. However, we did have some issues. Some outlets in the room didn’t work, the TV system was confusing to use, the hairdryer was melted, not enough towels, no shampoo. All in all, the stay had minor issues and the staff was welcoming and great.
