Clean property, room was quiet. Bed was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful

Presentation of the room was very poor. There was a missing picture over the bed, curtain very stained, outdated TV, and furniture; and the ally view from the window was filled with debris. However, on the last night of our stay we returned to find that the room was not cleaned including unmade bed, garbage cans not empetied, and there was water on the floor from a storm. We had to retrieve our own linen, make our own bed, empty the trash and remove the dirty linen and towels upon returning for the day. I will not stay at this location again. I rate the stay 1-star.

Good place. Decent breakfast, but mostly grab and go stuff, plus waffles.

Clean and maintained

My room was pretty good. The shower floor could be clean better, I did clean it before I use it. Crying baby, loud people next door but we survived the two days. Staff did offer to move us. Very nice lady at the front desk.
-
Only complaint was that the shower water was not hot.

Could be a little cleaner. Staff was very kind and helpful.

This was and is THE BEST hotel in all of Richmond. The rooms were amazingly cute, and so was the lobby and the dining area and the staff were amazing, from the wonderful gentleman at the front desk named Kevin, who was just so professional and just THE BEST! Even the wonderful housekeepers were amazing. Everything was amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

staff are friendly and the rooms are clean breakfast need improvement

Parking The hotel needs a makeover. Everything looks very old. Breakfast is very sparse; the only thing worth eating is the waffles. Breakfast is only served until 9 am. They ran out of coffee cups, and there’s nowhere to get more. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. A broken window facing the street. The linens are torn and damp, with an unpleasant odor. The pillows are small and dirty, and the pillowcases are the wrong size. The price is too high for a hotel of this standard; you’re better off finding something better for the money.

Breakfast was the best part of the experience. The waffle maker and breakfast sandwiches were good.
-
The overall place was a little dated but the room was large and comfortable. Worked out well for my one night stay. Close to restaurants, stores, gas station, convenient and parking easy.
-
The location was good. Kitchen and breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and testy. No comment. I liked Everything.

Only 1 elevator the hotel was older but nice. The chair in my room for the desk was rickity and dated. I used the iron which leaked and the ironing board was as old and rickity. The room was small the bathroom was tiny but the room was clean and the bed was comfy so all in all my hotel experience was ok.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The shower in the room was not the cleanest and the pillows were small square pillows, like the ones you find on a sofa.

A wonderful find! I needed a place to stay after a long day of airplane flights. I didn’t want to stay by the airport but knew nothing of the area around it. Based on others recommendations, I chose this one. I was happy with everything.

I think the breakfast could of been better. Waffles were good but there could of been more selection. Not enough selection at breakfast bar.
-
Sleep Inn was so comfortable! The staff were incredible. Very caring and friendly. They really wanted to ensure our stay was perfect. The beds were super comfy, everything was clean, and the 12 pm check out time is clutch. The hot water and water pressure were also fabulous. I’d stay here again!

The elevator was constantly out of service and I was on the fourth floor. This is not a good thing when you have a bad back.

the sticky floor
