Don’t stay here. It is terrible

During the middle of the night, something in the hotel repeatedly beeped loudly enough to wake up multiple rooms. Staff eventually had to come and turn it off, but it disrupted everyone's sleep. To make matters worse, we had spiders crawling out of the sink in our room. Fortunately, we only stayed one night, but between the lack of sleep and the cleanliness concerns, this was not a pleasant experience. I cannot recommend this property based on our stay.

The property is dated and needs some updates (i.e. carpet on stairs). In our room, the AC was missing the top panel and cobwebs were blowing in. The breakfast was very simple, bagels, juice, yogurt and cereal. No hot items.

Breakfast was 'grab and go'... coffee, juice, bagel, mini muffins, toast, yogurt... two cereal options. Nothing special, but then again... we were not expecting a full on buffet.

Nothing like the pictures online. Poor effort to make an old motel up to date. Do not recommend.

The staff was super friendly and we had a great stay! The place was clean and comfortable, the AC unit kept our room cool, and the breakfast was great to have before heading out for the day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Exactly what we need. A clean safe place to sleep. This place was perfect and the price was right. The staff at the front desk is top notch!

The room was very nice ! Clean and with a mountain view - be sure to get room with the view - very inexpensive and in convenient location. Parking was very easy and available. Staff was very helpful ! I will go back !

Property is a little rundown and older, but a decent place for a night

Location was only thing good about this property, would never stay here again. Pay a little more to be at a neighboring property… for example Hanging Lake in next-door is 1 million times better/nicer No one at check-in desk at 5 PM. Rang bell and waited literally 15 minutes. Property is falling down, old, and dirty. Everything is literally original to probably late eighties/early 90s. Rooms are teeny tiny, no closet or anywhere to hang even a towel, tiny bathroom, barely enough room to walk around the two queen beds. Mattresses are lumpy and saggy as are the pillows. The linens, and towels, so thread-bear they’re basically see-through.

No frills, but room was clean and safe. Breakfast was basic and nice. No complaints!

When the power did come back on, our room had lights but no outlets working, the staff made this a priority to resolve...which they did!

Parking was convinient. There was space in front and back of the building.

There were little gnats or fruit flies, we couldn’t determine which, the toilet ran all night. We couldn’t turn the light on because the bugs were attracted to the light. The bugs were also on the sheets. Also, fire pit was out.

Parking was easy. Staff were nice and welcoming. Views were great for the price! Would stay again in the near future.

Yes fresh but not good enough.

The cons: The property was poorly lit at night and the side entry door was always propped open. There was always a smell (sometimes very strong onion, other times cooking shrimp). The faucet in the bathroom as well as the shower dripped constantly. Breakfast is very small and the coffee was terrible.

No hot water. Very dirty. This place is so run down. Didn’t have the room available that was reserved.
