Every year we come to Glenwood Springs, we stay at Hanging Lake Inn. It has always been clean, staff has always been nice & accommodating and we find the price is perfect.

Broken toilet paper holder was only issue

The location was nice. Enjoyed being a little farther away from the interstate. The bed was terrible. Very uncomfortable.

It was clean bed was nice No staff they put my name first and last on an envelope and taped it to the office door and there was a domestic issue next door broke the window. The whole town lost power Saturday so I was unable to stay in a room with no air or ability to open the windows at night

It was very clean we needed more towels and staff was very friendly while we asked took our old gave us new ones for our second night

Rooms were very clean, host Mike was very nice, this was our second time staying here the pic is a view from the hotel parking lot. between the city bus and walking really didnt use our car much. really cant say much

We had a car load of stuff we didn't want to unpack and we felt very safe leaving it covered in the car. We could park right outside our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The Inn is close enough by car to visit either of the hot springs or the vapor cave.

Cleanliness, location, and its adorable Maid started looking INTO MY ROOM THROUGH THE BLINDS AT LIKE 9 in the morning. I called to verify checkout time and they said I had until 11 am. Then I got the hint that the maid wanted me out. She parked her cart DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF MY ROOM WHEREBY I HAD TO GO AROUND HER WITH LUGGAGE!!! The maids need to back off. I arrived there late and therefore I left early because of her. I don’t appreciate that.

Only real problem is that it was very noisy in morning from fwy traffic.
