enVision Hotel Miami International Airport

The most concerning issue occurred when we returned from the water park and discovered that our room had been reassigned to another guest after housekeeping mistakenly reported it as unoccupied. We were unable to access the room with our key, and another guest was already inside. This created a very uncomfortable and stressful situation. While the lobby was clean and looked nice, the hallways and guest room areas did not meet my expectations. Customer service was also disappointing, as the issue was not handled in a way that made us feel valued as guests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. The condition of the property and the level of service did not provide the comfortable family-friendly environment we were expecting.

The hotel was very nice on the inside, some updates could be made but the restaurant attached was amazing. Close to the interstate so can be loud at night but it was good for a night stay.

There was no continental breakfast, and they charge you $10 to park, which is not listed in the Ad.

Prices are cheap. Checkin/out was easy. The lobby is the only clean area in the hotel. The hallways, elevator and rooms smell. The room is a nice size. But was very dirty. The bathroom had hair and scum everywhere. The whole room gave me the ick. The air and heat worked fine. The pool are was ok. The food at the connected restaurant was good. Overall it give motel vibes. The front desk staff were great!

The room was infested with roaches and I had ro request room service. I will never stay there again.

El lugar es bien básico , las habitaciones muy sencillas , no tiene microondas en la habitación . La limpieza regular en general . El colchón y cama muy mala calidad . Parecía motel en vez de hotel , hay k pagar el parqueo aparte . No está incluido y las habitaciones no tienen mucha privacidad. El agua de la bañera muy pobre la ducha nada de fuerza , y o muy fría o muy caliente . En fin que no repetiría .

Relative good location if you want to go to the airport and sightseeing around Miami downtown Was not clean. There were a couple of cockroaches below the air conditioning

I booked this hotel for my daughter and grandson afyer a cruise layover. Daughter said it was not clean inside the room , cats by the pool and mattresses in the hall. She did not feel safe. She left after 2 hours and booked another hotel.

Staff was very friendly and kind. Elevator makes a squeaky noise at each floor. Gym doesn't have dumbbells or free weights. Only cardio machines.

Disappointing

When I brought the dirty bedding to the staff’s attention and requested clean sheets, I was told that the sheets had already been changed and that there was nothing wrong with them, despite the obvious hair and stains. The dismissive attitude and lack of concern were incredibly frustrating. I originally booked a 3-day stay, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I had to check out on the second day. When I spoke with management about the issues, they were not helpful at all and refused to take responsibility for the condition of the room. Not only was I denied a refund for the unused night, but I was also charged an early checkout fee on top of everything else, which is completely ridiculous. Between the dirty room, stained bedding, bugs and bug bites, unpleasant smell, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
