The sofa bed was dirty. The floor under the beds was dirty (pop corn crumbs). The air conditioning unit was loud all night.

The entire stay was wonderful.

The room had a musty smell and the refrigerator had a awful odor so we didn't use it and The telephone handset did not work.

I had to wait one hour for the bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

I’m in the middle on this because we had a few issues that were never resolved, the staff was helpful and responded to my issues but issues weren’t resolved either, very low water pressure on the 7th floor, toilet wouldn’t flush but about every 5th time, no pressure in the shower, went to the front desk and asked for help, they sent maintenance almost immediately, but he came in with a plunger and plunged the toilet, language differences between myself and the maintenance guy hindered our conversation, he acted like it was fixed and it wasn’t , still wouldn’t flush but about every 5th time, never looked at the shower, area around the hotel was okay but grass needed to be mowed, walking our dog around the perimeter of the property we came upon about 10 syringes, and some animal bones, this was about 3am walking our dog, granted it looks like staff had everything cleaned up by morning, but it’s still a little disturbing, we were checking out that day anyway so I just left it alone, too much trouble to get anything accomplished anyway

We had a good stay during our layover in Miami. The shuttle was able to pick us up to and from the hotel. The drivers were both of good character. The room was decent, needed attention at the bathroom door. Breakfast was great, having a good selection for continental breakfast. This hotel also has a nice pool, right depth on one end for younger children, and also appealing for adults. There are no restaurants near this location. They are at about 10 minutes away.

Location, close to airport Bad service, back to back issues, AC problem in room, once the room was changed, system not updated we had other guest trying to check in (2 am). Room was not cleaned next day. Clearly short of staff in the hotel. Shuttle service is on request only. Not worth for the money spent. Will avoid next time

Every one of the staff members were truly wonderful to meet. We especially loved Rafael, our bartender. He was so friendly and had a wonderful conversation. We were sad to leave! The shuttle service to the airport was awesome as well.
