Kingston Plantation Condos

This is a wonderful place to stay. Nice community and lots of great places for the kiddos! We had a wonderful visit and we will return!!!!

It was a okay stay despite everything closed early

It was a very nice weekend. Enjoyed the unit we stayed in and be dry comfortable. We did feel like it smelled like cigarettes but there were no smoking signs everywhere. So we were confused who didn’t understand before us. The smell was strong. Kids loved the pool. Didn’t stay long enough. Beds were great in our villa.

We stayed in room 1208A at South Hampton. The walls need painting. The room was dusty. No turn down service. No free breakfast. Parking was 20 a day and resort fee 40 a day. The bed was not comfortable, and the box spring was dirty. The AC unit was noisy. The pools were nice and getting to the beach was nice but not enough for me to stay here again. I would not recommend this room.

My room was horrible, not what I seen in the pictures at all. Didn’t get free breakfast and it was included in my price which is sad. This trip was for my son graduation. The hotel gave me some of my money. The price I paid for one night could have done better. This room was horrible, I was tired didn’t want to go through the hassle. I will not use a third party ever again. We had to pay for parking which said was free, like almost 400.00 is outrageous for a nasty hotel room, the only thing that was good I could see the ocean view from my room. I am tired of calling Hotels.com customer service about how messed up these rooms are. I could have paid for my room myself instead of going through with payment, I will never ever go through this app ever again. Lesson learned.

Beautiful room with beautiful view to the beach. Spacious with multiple beds that are suitable for a big family.

One restroom was backing up into shower. The commode in room was stopped full of product and nothing there to use to fix it. Had to go purchase it

Our actual condo unit needs work. Brighton 707. Washer dryer - washer sounds like a rocket ship taking off when it runs, and the dryer burnt a bunch of clothes. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. No baking wear at all - not even a cookie sheet. Floors were very dirty and turned feet black - so needs to be cleaned better.

My only complaint mattress outdated/very hard .. hurt my back .. other than that the stay was fantastic!

My husband and I went for the weekend , June 12-15. We left a day early. The room appeared to be clean, linens, bathroom, etc., however the carpet could use replacing and there is mold forming on the ceiling in the bathroom. I thought I was having my usual sinus crap, but certainly became worse there. I was fine once home. The beds were comfortable for me, not so for my husband. The room was on the 16th floor so it was a great view of the beach and the sunset. We ate at the bar for dinner, took 45 minutes to receive food and it was disappointing. My grouper on my salad was $8 extra and couldn’t have been more than 2 ounces. My husband’s salad of mango pineapple and shrimp came with 3 shrimp. The calamari was overcooked and inedible. Drinks were good, bartenders were great!

You have to check in a different building. Drive a mile to your room. If you need towels you have to go all the way to the check in building. They're own by the same plantation but youre not able to go to the main check in building pool which has all kids attractions. Other then that it was ok I guess. However staff could of been more polite and be more prepare for your guests. You have to walk or drive wet if you been in the beach for anything you need. Its just weird. Also you have to 11 to check out and the cleaning ladies are knock your doors at 9 or 10 trying to get you out. If I paid for something and it says a certain time im leaving when that times up.

The villa had not been cleared it had bugs and one of the bathrooms was not working properly. It was at Laura Court vill 308 .The internet never worked as well. Very Disappointed.
