I like thee location and the pool, and lazy river. The whole place needs updating. Needs new carpet in halls and a deep clean..

Everything The girl who asked to braid my fisnces hair then charged her afterwards and she worked for the hotel. Should of told her up front it cost something

bar, Windows and Sandals is GREAT!!!! hours are not friendly for customers..... the problems were mostly THE ROOM....view was good, but... THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK!!! there were NO supplies for kitchen, ( dish soap, paper towels, dish towels, sponge) The DRYER was broken, No washer detergent, I only had 3 forks...... 200 spoons, we had a family and friends 4 day vaca for the 1st time at THIS location. WE will return for the Windows, Sandals and Tiki bar, but NOT the rooms. hours are not friendly for customers.Windows closes before other food and drink services. open .... the problems were mostly THE ROOM....view was good, but... The atmosphere was great. The food at River City Cafe was phenomenal. The staff at Ocean Annie's was wonderful. The rooms were not real clean. The floors were dirty hair in on the bathroom floors . And behind the dressers and nightstands were very dirty. Could definitely use a GOOD cleaning in the rooms.

Nice view from room, walkable area Room was very outdated, Textured ceiling was falling, Baseboards had water damage, tub would not drain. Plywood installed over the opening where a dishwasher was removed.

Location to beach is great , parking a mess seems to be very limited availability for vehicles and the room not very clean

We got in around 8 provided us with the wrong room once I got settled I noticed we wrong in the incorrect room on top of that pulled out the pullout bed and it was COMPLETE TRASH GOT NO SLEEP NIGHT ONE 2 more nights left and I wasn’t sleeping like that again when I paid for what we needed! Went down the next morning no rooms available to accommodate us! Went back down around 11:30 one room was available 2 bedroom with parking lot view literally MY OCEANVIEW WAS GONE No other rooms available so I had to choose between my 7 yr old birthday girl having an oceanview and sleeping uncomfortable for 2 more nights or sleeping comfortably but still grateful to be at the beach! So we switched rooms 425 to 419 get settled in there and plywood is literally seen sticking from under the mattress omgggg ridiculous! So yea upset and I have been staying at this hotel the last 3 years

Loved how we had everything at the hotel we needed didn't have to leave had a great time. Floors in the room were nasty from sand from previous guest but the rest of the room was great.
