Horrible

The shower had intermittent pressure and unreliable temperature

The room is smaller then expected from the photos but overall a decent room there was kinda of a smell that went away after a while

Had a great stay for 8 nights, room was cleaned daily to satisfaction

Passable

No first aid kit in the hotel. No garbage bags in the garage cans.

Close to Pier 17 for the concert I would have liked an extra blanket

The location was great(near the water, food, coffee, shops, subway), facilities were clean, staff were friendly. The room was smaller than expected, only two elevators

The room was very cold and the temperature could be controlled. The rooms were not clean. The breakfast was overpriced.

When asking a question in the front desk.. Other than that, hire us a decent stay well located.

Location Unresponsive and unprofessional staff. I had to remind the staff for towels 5 times both on call and face to face with front desk. They have a weird rule of home keeping every alternate day while still charging a premium.

The staff was pretty helpful and polite. I'm a little disappointed with the Courtyard experience. I think Marriott has let these properties fall behind. A lot of the amenities are older and you have to inspect the bathrooms and towels prior to use.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful from our early arrival and storage of luggage, to making recommendations on how to use the elevators more effectively (some would deliver us to our floor, but not take us downstairs)
