Residence Inn by Marriott New York Downtown Manhattan/Financial District

I went for the knicks parade it was the perfect spot. I was impressed with the hotel and the room exceeded my expectations.

Although we stayed on a higher floor, it was very easy to go out. The elevator came very quickly. The room was clean and spacious.

The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a positive impression. The breakfast was simple but sufficient to get our day started, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for our needs. Most days, we spent our time exploring the city from morning until evening, returning to the hotel mainly for a good night's rest before heading out again after breakfast. For that purpose, this hotel served us very well. Considering the price, I felt it offered good value and met our expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to New York City.

got the job done, room is small but i like that there’s a kitchenette and also free breakfast. i enjoyed my stay and would return. also the price was pretty decent compared to everywhere else i was looking.

All staff members were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and eggs, and yogurt available as well. Great way to start your day.

Would stay again

Phone in room didn’t work. Called front desk from my cell and waited in hold for 12 minutes. Asked for silverware for the room. Brought 2 forks and knives. Not even with a napkin. The guy just handed them to me. Ick.

worst experience ever, nothing but problems with the room since the day we arrived would not recommend and will never stay here again.

the room was clean and pleasant. It was on the small size but ok for. two people. Kitchen area was minimal. Breakfast was not bad. Staff was friendly. I would hav enough problem saying there again.

The AC was not working in the room and the hotel staff unfortunately was not able to move us or offer a solution.

The staff was so helpful! The location was perfect for us, and the room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast wasn't great.

Breakfast was good. Love the scramble eggs. The button on the TV remote it was hard to push.

The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was helpful and patient when answering questions. My only complaints were that the walls seemed thin, as I could hear conversations and doors opening and closing from neighboring rooms, and the refrigerator kept items cool rather than fully cold.

This hotel is a a great location. Easy to get the subways, lots of Attractions in short walking distance 5 to 15 minutes. The staff is amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Tons of food options around and the area is safe. They also let you store your luggage after checking out if you need more time in the area. Google maps doesn't work well in the area. You will get turned around.
