Front desk staff was very friendly. Room had an issue with the thermostat so it wasn't very cool but maintenance was quickly there to address the issue. Room was very clean! Rooftop bar though is advertised as a bar and restaurant but it's actually a Hookah Bar that has food. The service was incredibly slow, food was not good and pretty over priced. Would not recommend that or the Sushi & Cocktsil bar on the 2nd floor as advertised but when you walk in it's another Hookah Bar. That was unappealing to us we weren't looking for a meal and drinks while breathing in someone else's exhaled saliva. Overall the hotel is great and in a great location but I'd suggest other options for food and beverages.

I would label this place as a 1 to 2 star hotel. You do have a bathroom in your room, at least there is that. Staff were not helpful in resolving problems. Hunters of dollars later for a single night stay/sorry don’t cut it.

My room overlooked a wall which kind of accounts for my overall ‘good’ review. It was fine. A little bit of a tight squeeze with my case given bed took up most of the room. Shower was good though, bed was super comfortable and location was great in terms of walking distance to restaurants and the best of FiDi

this is very accessible to all nyc subway lines. its in the heart of the financial district, and a few minutes walk from the oculus which is also accessible to the Path trains to NJ. the area is safe and walkable and plenty of eateries (both chains and local) around. The best part - its accessible to the A train (walking) which connects directly to the jfk Howard Beach air train!!!!! No more crowds at Penn/ Grand Central/ jamaica air train!

Location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We enjoyed being able to explore the neighborhood on foot. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were fresh. Valet parking would have been very helpful given the narrow one-way streets and limited parking options in the Financial District. Having access to a rooftop restaurant, lounge, or observation area, especially one that was family-friendly would’ve been nice. Overall, this is a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a walkable location near the Brooklyn Bridge and Lower Manhattan attractions. We would consider staying again for the location and convenience.

Terrible experience was not able to check in called in advance. Make sure that everything was OK. Got to location. It was overbooked. They said that they canceled my reservation at 5 PMI was on the plane no email no nothing, and I called the day before to make sure everything was confirmed, and was assured that it was and they had no record of me confirming only a record of me asking for a high floor. was able to find another hotel. Thankfully, we never try to book here again.

When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things that were missing but I don't want to cause any issues
