NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS

Room was terrible, I was told that I got a complementary upgrade to executive suite , but that itself was terrible. Pillows were not clean, TV is just not useful, no refrigerator nor room was maintained clean. Highly disappointed

Great room. Small, but its New York City. Reasonable price.

Fine location, dated hotel

The staff was great. The location was really great. Just down the road, maybe a block and a half from the the Moynihan Train Hall. The subway was on the same block just around the corner. The Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden and Time Square were all with in walking distance. If I get back to NYC again, I would definately stay there, again.

Fantastic location but very dated hotel. Would not stay again.

Room was very outdated and one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I travel to NYC often. We stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for room to be cleaned and for new towels. Bathroom was gross and beyond outdated.

Considering the age of the hotel the few items I found were acceptable. The deep tip was a great plus.

because of the crowd outside at MSG. Property is a little worn but fine for a short stay. Subway lines and Penn Station are across the street, so it’s so easy to get places. The attached Tick Tock Diner had really good breakfasts.

The staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The hotel is right across from penn station which made it convenient to take the subway and train station. The only downside I would say is having purchase their breakfast add on. They have a diner onsite and I assume we were getting at least eggs and toast or something similar with the add on. Our voucher included a coffee or juice and a pastry. That’s what they considered to be the continental breakfast and in my opinion was a rip off for the extra money we had to pay for “breakfast “ add on. Besides that the hotel was in prime location and we would stay here again.
