Our first time here. Felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the doors. Fantastic staff, very nice ambience. Conveniently close to everything we wanted. Fantastic restaurant right next door where a nice discount is offered. Thank you Juan and Lorena for amazing hospitality!

Great boutique hotel in Chelsea. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable, stylish and well appointed. Breakfast and hot drinks in lobby area. Hot drinks available 24hrs. Organised an airport transfer early hours, on time and professional outfit. Worth the prices. Will definitely be back to stay.

I love this very cute hotel in Chelsea. Everything was great including helpful friendly staff, cute cozy room, soft robe, hot shower, fancy toiletries. The lobby & rooftop are very cute & it’s a nice space. Location is awesome too; a very cute neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

The room was clean and efficient, and very small. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful. There was one front desk gentleman that seemed bothered by our questions.

Great stay!

Great location, great view, comfy bed, very clean, great turn down service with small details to please guests, beautiful decor, nice breakfast bar and very nice staff and service. Rooms are quite small.

Location Very small room

Be aware that the rooms are a bit small, but that's not unusual for NYC, and there are common areas to sit in both on the ground floor and on the roof top. I recommend booking an inside room because the Eighth Avenue traffic never stops, even late at night. A big shoutout to the staff, who are consistently friendly and helpful.

We loved the coffee! The front staff was amazing and the gym water was great! Good location we walked and took the subway everywhere

We chose this hotel primarily for the location in Chelsea to be near some family who live in the area. It was nice not to be in a huge chain hotel, but 8th Avenue is definitely a very noisy street if your room fronts on to it. The staff was gracious and friendly, and everything was clean and easy. The rooms are really quite small though if you have two people staying in them. There was only a bedside table on one side of the bed, no place to put open up your suitcase except for on the bed, and a small closet without any drawers for clothes. It is efficient, but cramped, If you are traveling solo, the room would have been more comfortable. They also give you a $40 'chip' that you can use at the bar for drinks or coffee or pastries, but there is this very odd rule that you have to use it all in one go, so you can't get a drink the night you arrive, and then use it for coffee and pastries the next day. It's very nice to have what is in effect a $40 voucher, but why the single usage rule? Nobody could really explain it to me. If I travel alone I would stay there again as the location was good and the beds very comfortable.

Great room

The hotel was beautiful, staff very pleasant, and location was great. The reason i gave 4/5 stars was because the room was pretty small for the price. It was very nice, but it was essentially a little bit bigger than the queen bed (picture a bed in the middle with a path to walk around it). The bathroom was beautiful and shower was great.

Our first time to New York and The Moore was perfect! From the friendly staff to the fresh croissants and lattes. Clean and cozy, it couldn’t have been better!! We will be back!

My only quibble is that the rooms are a bit tight.

Teeny tiny room, even though larger than other rooms according to the fire escape map. Great location and nicely decorated.
