Second time here and it was great again. Nice rooms, lounge area, espresso coffee machine for lattes and such. Room service was fast and tasty too!

This is a great resort! It has what you need in a compact footprint. The free filtered drinking water is icing on the cake. Bring your insulated drinking cup. I will visit Mountain Shadows again soon.

The exceptional hospitality started the exact moment we pulled up. Nick at valet gave us a warm, enthusiastic welcome, took our bags directly to our room, and provided an excellent overview of the property that made a fantastic first impression. Our accommodations were immaculate every single day. Sonia H. and Rocio were absolute rockstars, ensuring our room was beautifully turned down and comfortable by 10:00 AM. It was such a luxury to return to a pristine room after a morning workout in their state-of-the-art gym. Breakfast at Hearth ’61 was a daily highlight. The crispy bacon was cooked to perfection, the pancakes were unbelievably good, and Ezmerelda and the rest of the restaurant staff treated us like royalty with their warm, friendly service. We spent our afternoons lounging by the pool, where the service was consistently top-notch, and the live music on Saturday was the perfect weekend treat. The resort strikes a flawless balance—it's quiet and deeply relaxing when you want peace, yet vibrant and fun when you're ready for music and a good time. Plus, the location is unbeatable; we walked right over to hike Camelback Mountain and drove just five minutes to world-class dining.

Expensive and no exclusives but a gorgeous resort with very attentive staff. The views are stunning and the breakfast is excellent.
