I liked it stay, room was gorgeous. Views impeccable; staff amazing. Yep things kept me from giving them a 5. 1) aerial yoga class was cancelled and we didn’t know until we showed up. She said there was “no way to contact me” but I gave them my phone number when I signed up and they didn’t even check to see if I was a guest? 2) vegan food options were non existent so we door dashed a couple times. Would have preferred to be able to eat thheor food, at the bar/restaurant.

The hotel was everything I dreamed of. The spa treatment and food was amazing. The staff was so attentive, felt like royalty. Do be aware that you are charged hotel tax daily that Expedia excludes. Be prepared for your total at check out to be different.

Water was not hot when preparing bath.

Exceptional

The staff the food everything was amazing and so beautiful. I wasn't impressed with the poolside. It looks outdated. Other than that everything was great.

Cons: Store sells tacky clothes and counterfeit bags, but doesn’t have basic items like t’s with resort logo, sundry items, etc. Spa staff sometimes put out nuts, sometimes didn’t; and didn’t replenish ice. Pool area nice, though couple of pots of fake flowers didn’t exude class. Could’ve also used slow-close toilet seat in room bathroom.

Great stay at the Sanctuary at Camelback. The views are incredible, the property is clean and well kept, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. Service was solid and everything felt high-end without being over the top. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking to unwind in the Scottsdale area.

Nice luxurious resort. Amenities top notch and it includes tennis and pickleball courts with rackets available to borrow. Food is excellent at elements. Staff is very courteous and responsive through text message service. Fitness room is clean and the free fitness classes are a nice addition.

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to The Sanctuary in Scottsdale. The location is perfect- very close for hiking Camelback, close to great shopping and the best restaurants in town. My daughter and I spent a week at this resort and will definitely be back.

Did not park. Room was tremendous. Perhaps one additional restaurant would have been nice.
-
Overpriced and not worthy of a 5* rating. Room was falling apart and not maintained. Property is old and poorly maintained. Staff were nice enough but not really what you would expect at this price point.

We loved our stay at this resort. It was beautiful, relaxing, quiet, not crowded, and the entire resort was well groomed and cared for. The spa services were exceptional. The best part of this stay was the staff. I don't think I have ever stayed at a resort with a more friendly and accommodating staff. If there is one thing that could be improved, I would suggest more healthy meal options on the bar menu.

The property was very relaxing and quiet. It has a great restaurant and spa and a pool with a view. The accommodations in the spa 2-bedroom suite were great with plenty of room and a huge bathroom and a walk-in closet.
-
It was a beautiful property. Great spa and pool. They ran out of chairs and towels on busy days. Because they allow in people for day passes it can be really crowded.
-
What a magnificent property and magnificent staff. Nothing but great things to say about Sanctuary and their staff (and their amazing massage therapists!).
-
Beautiful resort. So unique!
